  • Any service fees paid to AirFareZing are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or at our discretion.
  • Requests for refunds should be submitted as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of a successful process.

 


 

2. Flight Refunds

  • Refund eligibility depends on the airline’s fare rules.
  • Refundable tickets may be fully refunded according to the airline’s policy.
  • Non-refundable tickets may only be eligible for partial credit or vouchers, depending on the airline.
  • AirFareZing will assist in initiating refunds or rebooking, but the final refund is processed by the airline.

  • Some bookings are non-refundable, while others allow full or partial refunds if canceled within the specified period.
  • AirFareZing will assist with cancellations and refund requests, but hotels have final authority on refunds.

  2. Provide booking confirmation, passenger or guest names, and the reason for the refund request.
  3. AirFareZing will submit your request to the airline or hotel and keep you informed throughout the process.

 


 

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund timelines vary by airline or hotel policies.
  • Typically, refunds are processed within 7–30 business days, but some third-party providers may take longer.
  • AirFareZing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processing.

 


 

6. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

  • Refunds due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions) are subject to airline or hotel policies.
  • AirFareZing will provide assistance in these cases but cannot guarantee full refunds.
  • Travel insurance, when purchased, may cover additional refund scenarios.
